Products and services
VGTechSpace provides agricultural technology products and services, including SpoorID livestock tracking and monitoring solutions. Product specifications, availability and pricing may change as our products develop.

Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed once accepted by VGTechSpace and payment has been successfully processed. Prices displayed on our online store will indicate whether applicable taxes and delivery charges are included or added at checkout.

Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on stock availability, location and courier services. We will provide delivery information when an order is processed.

Returns and warranty
If a product is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us promptly. Returns, repairs, replacements and refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable South African consumer law and any product-specific warranty.

SpoorID service
SpoorID uses technologies including GPS/GNSS, Bluetooth, cellular networks and internet services. Coverage, positioning accuracy and reporting intervals can therefore be affected by network availability, satellite reception, terrain, equipment and other external conditions.

SpoorID is a livestock monitoring and management aid. It should not be regarded as a guarantee that an animal's location or condition will always be detected or reported immediately.

Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for installing, operating and maintaining equipment in accordance with the supplied instructions and for keeping their account and contact information accurate.

Liability
VGTechSpace will take reasonable care in supplying its products and services. To the extent permitted by law, VGTechSpace is not responsible for losses resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including communication outages, GPS/GNSS availability or third-party network failures.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights a customer has under applicable South African law.

Changes
We may update these terms as our products and services develop. The current version will be published on our website.
